SALES ASSOCIATE
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Develop new business opportunities to generate sales and to expand the mission of Noble Life International.
- Initiate activities and other sources of sales which eventually lead to hitting personal targets.
- Play a leading role in Sales and Marketing Activities.
- Conduct Presentation or Initial Health Assessment on any occasion thus leading to hitting personal sales target.
- Handle sales negotiation and closing of sales, especially for Bulk Purchases or BPP partnerships.
- Conduct Product Sales Presentations to a range of prospective clients, Schedules Appointments, and set up meetings with potential prospects.
- Promote all products in social networking sites such as (Facebook, IG, Twitter, and other platforms)
- Promote, Endorse, Advertise, Recommends only the Product of Noble Life International; No other products to be involved herein.
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints and recommend end-to-end sales solutions.
- Event’s Initiations – Can be Company Owned event, partnership, or sponsorship.
- Ad hoc Activities and Functions assigned and duly approved by the Management.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Male/Female
- Matured with wide experiences in Sales
- Graduated in Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business Administration, Nursing, Medical courses or any related course
- Familiarity in NETWORKING/DIRECT SELLING/ DISTRIBUTION is also a plus.
- Can do with Fieldwork.
- Can work under pressure.
- CAN START ASAP.

OPERATIONS OFFICER
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Answer calls and texts of clients or reply to Facebook and Instagram messages for order queries or booking of appointments.
- Fill up the daily worksheet and ensure that details are complete.
- Analyze the worksheet and bookings to be able to entertain the most number of clients as much as possible.
- Able to encourage or convince clients to avail of more services or add-ons.
- Answer complaints of customers properly and be able to think of solutions.
- Maintain an inventory of supplies/stocks.
- Attend to customers and perform duties and responsibilities with honesty, integrity, and professionalism.
- Maintain an inventory of items.
- Ensure prompt delivery and items are well-packed.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Extensive experience in an operations officer position, or similar.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Experience with budgets and financial reports, and monitoring expenses.
- Diligent and proactive.
- Respectful of deadlines.
- Can work under pressure.
- CAN START ASAP.
